10-Route 66 New Mexico Part 1

We start off in the ghost town of Glenrio, NM on the Texas border. Then we travel west to the ruins of the Old Bard Trading Post. We cross over Interstate-40 and drive on an old dirt section of Route 66 that takes us into San Jon, NM. From San Jon we spend the night in the Lillian Redman Suite at The Blue Swallow Motel. The next morning we take a drive through all of Tucumcari. At the west end of town we explore the abandoned Paradise Motel & Café and the abandoned Shell Gas Station.
