When Leerburg customers ask what brand of remote collar we recommend, Educator collars are no longer on that list. We fell that Dogtra remote collars are a better collar with fewer service problems.
The Educator Pro900 is the most complicated and feature-rich remote collar on the market. This 4 part tutorial will explain the features of the Pro900 and how to program these various features. Ed Frawley from Leerburg takes a complicated task and simplifies it for the user.
This is not a remote collar Ed recommends for new dog trainers. In his opinion, it should only be used by professional dog trainers.
Part one describes all of the features and the factory defaults for the Pro900. It explains what's in the box, how to best charge the Pro900 collar and receiver, stimulation times, all of the many Features, understanding their display, programming the four “S” programmable buttons, understanding and programming the boost, and the remote collar DVDs and courses that Leerburg has produced.
