Most times, a torn ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) isn’t from one wrong move or traumatic event. Mechanical misloading of the knee from other faulty movement patterns creates microtears that build over time without proper healing and rehab.

ACL exercises addressing the 5 key areas (the feet/ankles, quads, hamstrings, hip mobility, and glutes) improve the structural support and address any movement dysfunctions to prevent further wear and tear damage.
