the dough
1 egg (Reserve the yolk for the top)
200 ml of warm water
200 ml of warm milk
1 tablespoon of sugar
Half a teaspoon of dry yeast
2 tablespoons of oil
600 - 650 g of flour (The amount of flour depends on its quality. Add flour in control)
1 teaspoon salt
inner filling
4 medium sized onions
4-5 tablespoons of oil
400 g minced meat
3 big potatoes
Salt
Black pepper
Red pepper
chili flakes
120 g butter
150 ml of oil
Add 1 tablespoon of milk to the egg yolk
Sesame
The glass size I use: 200 ml standard water glass.
Just add vinegar (9%). My mother taught me! Now everyone who tries it wants the recipe!
