What's For Lunch | Quick and Easy WW Meals (Weight Watchers)
I thought I would share some quick and easy lunch ideas that I have been enjoying lately on WW. I am on the Green plan but give points on all three colors, Green, Blue and Purple! They are yummy and fairly low point lunches!

Creamy alfredo mac and cheese Ingredients:
8 oz uncooked elbow macaroni
12 oz defrosted frozen cauliflower rice
3 tsp minced garlic
1 can fat free evaporated milk
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Saute cauliflower rice and garlic in pan on med/high heat. Cook pasta until tender, set aside. Once cauliflower rice and garlic are heated, add to blender along with milk, salt and pepper and blend until creamy. Add parmesan and blend again. Pour over pasta and mix well. Makes 4 servings. Chicken and cheese sandwich pockets:
1 batch of 2 ingredient pizza dough (link to that video below)
4 slices of Kraft singles
8 pieces of chicken or turkey lunch meat
16 slices of turkey pepperoni
1 egg
Cut dough into 4 equal pieces and roll out into rectangular shapes. Place one piece of cheese, two pieces of lunch meat and 4 slices of pepperoni on bottom half of dough. Fold over top piece and press down edges. Use a fork to press and close edges. Beat egg and brush on tops of sandwich pockets. Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings at 9 points a serving on all colors.

Peanut butter and banana english muffins:
1 english muffin, toasted
2 Tbsp PBfit
1 medium banana
5 SP on all 3 colors
