Homemade Corn Dumplin

Making Corn Dumplings in Jamaica

Boil the dried corn
Drain the water from the corn overnight
Grate the corn
Sieve the grated corn
Mix it with regular flour, salt and water
Make the mixture into a dough
Make you dumplings like you always would and let boil for 10 minutes
Enjoy it with saltthing of you likings 🇯🇲💯
