Many of us face difficulty to manage or afford diet in order to lose weight either due to expensive diet ingredients such as eggs, chicken, meat, fish, nuts, greek yogurt, olive oil, coconut oil, cheese or vegetables or due to the fact of being in a hostel or tuff job routine. So in this video I am going to tell you a simple diet plan  to lose weight by doing intermittent fasting on daily basis and eating the simple food available. However, to keep muscle loss minimum you must take following supplements on daily basis.
1- Multivitamin 1 tab daily (any reputed brand)
2- Omega 3 fish oil 1000mg 1 capsule daily(any reputed brand)
3- Vitamin D 5000iu 1 capsule daily(any reputed brand)
