I really only used it to tell time and it was big and bulky. My spouse got an Apple Watch series 4 that has the ECG feature which I thought was cool. I had a recent health scare that made me want an easy way to do ECG Monitoring as well as Blood Pressure Monitoring. I discovered that in the last year, some advanced chips had been developed that would allow smart fitness trackers to accurately detect blood pressure as well as do electrocardiogram tests. I wanted one that had those features as well as step counting and sleep monitoring and automatic heart rate measuring throughout the day... But I also wanted something that would be slim on my wrist and comfortable to wear. That's what lead me to this awesome activity tracker from ZeerKeer. It does all the things I wanted it to do and a few extra and is very accurate once calibrated. I wear it 24/7 and take it off to charge when I'm showering.
