Here is how we repair a leaking Delta Faucet. This requires only a few basic tools and a few minutes to save you hundreds on repairs, water and sewer bills. This repair is for a Delta Crystal handle style spigot. The older style peerless are the same way. Newer cartage style handles can be changed out much the same way, but all cartages are different, so you will need to make sure you have the right model.
This is a fairly easy process that can save you a lot of money if you can avoid calling a plumber. The only difficult part can be removing the outer cover. over time this can get pretty fused on there and be difficult to remove.
