400 gr flour
130 ml water
12 gr fresh yeast or 8 gr dried yeast
130 ml milk
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt
Butter
Parsley

Dough
Add lukewarm water, milk yeast and sugar
Add olive oil, flour and salt
mix all well and cover it for 30 minutes
after 30 minutes knead for 5-6 minutes
let it rise for an hour
after an hour divide the dough into 7 parts
make balls
let it for 10 minutes
then roll each piece and cover it with plastic wrap
Then heat the pan  and bake bread in hot pan
Turn round each dough in 10 seconds until the dough to blow
