Whipped coffee

Whipped coffee is a light and delicate dessert that is best enjoyed immediately after being prepared. It pairs perfectly with ice cream. Ingredients for 1 portion Essential: 1,5 tbsp - instant coffee 60 ml (2 fl oz) - cold boiled water 1,5 tbsp - sugar Optional: 1 scoop of ice cream Chocolate chips - to taste Method: 1. Put the instant coffee into a wide mug or whisk bowl. 2. Add cold, pre-boiled water to the instant coffee. 3. Whisk the mixture with an electric handheld whisk or mixer while gradually adding sugar. 4. Keep whisking the mixture for a few minutes until it turns into a thick and stiff froth. 5. Spread the crema into bowls. Add an ice-cream scoop or decorate the dessert with chocolate chips. 6.
