Ingredients
(2 servings)
for the Boiled Potatoes:
300g New potatoes
1 tsp salt
for the tofu:
400g firm tofu
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp cooking wine
1 tsp five-spice powder
1 tbsp sugar
200ml water
6 slices of ginger
2 star anise
the white part of 2 green onions
some chili peppers
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
