How to open a bottle and serve a glass of wine

Let Bar Exchange teach you how to open a bottle and pour a glass of wine. Note there are 100s of available wines from all around the world. This video demonstrates how to pour a glass of "table" wine which differs from a "dessert" wine. Certain wines may also require specific glasses. In the case of vintage wines, these will need "decanting" first and then be allowed to "breathe". Please consult with your bar manager for the exact requirements.
