Hey Dosto !!!! Methi ke Laddu is an Indian traditional sweet made with fenugreek seeds, dry ginger,black pepper, coconut , some dry fruits and jaggery. They are super healthy and provides all the vital nutrients to a pregnant women plus provide warmth to the body so you should definitely try this in winter season. Along with Methi Coconut Ladoo recipe I have also prepared methi pak which you can try and enjoy !!!!

** Methi ke laddu | Methi Coconut Ladoo recipe | methi pak recipe |  Methi Coconut Laddu **
Ingredient used -
2 Cup grated Dry coconut
1/2 Cup Almonds
1/2 Cup Cashew
2 Tbsp Pistachio
10-12 Black pepper
2 Tbsp Poppy seeds
1 Tbsp Ghee
2 cup slightly coarsed Wheat flour
Adding 1 more Tbsp Ghee
2 Tbsp Ghee
1 cup Fenugreek seeds flour
2 Tbsp Ghee
100 grm Edible gum
Crush 5-6 Green cardamom with roasted Black pepper
2 Cup Jaggery (400 grm)
1 Tbsp Ghee
Melt 150 grm Ghee
Have used total 1 cup + 2 tbsp of Ghee (have mistakenly said 2 cup)
Garnish with Almond and Pistachio slices
