KRT'ers

We thought we would join together the IFK Syllabus from our last Technical Tuesday.  Its a great way to practice and progress in your Karate.  Basing your Technical ability on the foundations of Kyokushin to progress into your own version of a Karateka.

We are all different but we all practice and strive to perfect the same basic techniques.  This is what makes us Kyokushin Karateka family and how we all have a unique bond, and we are very pleased to share this with you at KRT.
