Teenager with autism texting with AAC

I figured out a work-around to get Kreed to be able to text using his Dynavox T10! Kreed has nerve damage in his hands and it's difficult for him to type so I have always wanted him to be able to use his phrases and slot keys on his Dynavox T10 to text and learn to use other social media. We did this by using the microphone speech to text option on smart phones! Who knew it would be that easy. This was our first attempt and it was very successful and we are pretty sure he understood and he has been thrilled all day. The doors technology is opening up!
