A. Expressive Release

While seated, let yourself become uninhibited for a few minutes, expressing anything that crosses your mind—uttering a stream of nonsensical words, making various gestures. It's a form of mental cleansing, a preparation for silence. Osho emphasizes the following aspects of this expressive release:

1. Discard as much mental clutter as possible through gibberish and gestures. This serves as a purging, laying the groundwork for stillness.
2. Speak without attaching meaning; use unfamiliar languages. Embrace the freedom to express like birds without concern for rationality or societal norms.
3. Voice everything you've longed to say but refrained due to societal constraints.

B. Stillness, Delving Within
The two minutes of expressive release pave the way for entering silence at a profound level. Close your eyes, immobilize your body, and cease all movements—concentrating your energy within, being fully present. "To be out of the mind is to be in. To be in the mind is to be outside of yourself," says Osho. During this meditation phase, Osho guides you inward using both spoken words and silent intervals.

C. Surrender
Allow your body to descend like a bag of rice or a falling tree—letting go completely, lying utterly still and relaxed. Osho's voice, utilizing spoken words and silent pauses, continues to guide you deeper within.

D. Return to Presence
You're invited to resume a seated position, with a reminder to carry this witnessing experience into all aspects of your life, throughout each day—maintaining a state of awareness twenty-four hours a day.
