Old Man's beach, Canggu - Bali Surfing 31 Aug 19
Beach scenes from early in the morning at Canggu, Bali.
Old Man's / Batu Bolong is considered one of the best longboard waves in the world. Waves break and then reform over a mellow reef giving very long rides if you're in the right spot. It can be surfed at all stages of the tide, with mid-tide probably being best.
On this day it was high tide, and the trade winds were already blowing but there was a decent swell running.
For the people that woke early there were some good rides to be had at Old Man's / Batu Bolong beach in Canggu, Bali.
