Muhallabia/ Mahalabia/ Malabi
This rather exotic pudding awfully good and remarkably easy to make. Mahalabia is creamy, milky and the subtle fragrance of rose water makes us feel that we are having something heavenly.
Ingredients For Milk Pudding:
Milk - 1 litre
Cornflour - ½ cup
Sugar - ½ cup or as your requirment
Rose Essence - 1 tsp
Heavy Cream - ½ cup
Ingredients For Rose Syrup:
Water - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Rose Essence - 1 tsp
Lime Juice - 1 tsp
Red Food Colour - 1-2 drops
Cornflour - 2 tsp
Water - 2 tbsp
For decoration:
Pistachios - as your requirment
