The Steadings, Cirencester, Building with Nature case study

The Steadings development, brought forward by Bathurst Development Ltd, is a mixed-use development of 2350 new homes, 705 of which are affordable housing with 60 for the elderly community. The development will also provide 9ha of employment land for commercial and community facilities, green cycle links and multi-use greenspace. This case study illustrates how Bathurst Development Ltd are integrating green infrastructure into the site, achieving a Building with Nature Full Award (subject to post construction sign off).
