Once the Sharerghini Lamborghini and Spy Wagon G Wagon (REVEALED) arrived to Cali, they received a mystery box delivery with a top secret letter outside their NEW HOUSE and while Steven and sister Grace Sharer where playing with their diy homemade track with best friend John, they say the mystery neighbor Miss Karen spying on them. So In today's video Steven, Grace Sharer and best friend John decide to get to the bottom of the mysterious neighbor they've been seeing lurking outside their new home. The Sharers use their new iPhone 11 to Facetime their favorite Neighborhood Watch professional (Miss Karen) who is back in the Sharer Fam House neighborhood to get some advice. While FaceTiming Miss Karen they discover that the neighborhood watch lady in Beverly Hills is very suspicious and start to explore where she is walking too. While tracing and looking for clues with spy gadgets, Grace Sharer notices the hello neighbor person hiding in a top secret safe house in the bottom of the neighborhood. This safe house was disguised as an old run down home with cob Webbs and broken windows. However, hit appears the mystery neighbor was living in this house right in the center of Beverly Hills as if no one would see this invisible safe house. Determined to depart on their top secret spy mission to UNCOVER the TRUTH behind who is spying on the Share Fam Stephen Sharer decides to use spy gadget listening device to see if they can find anymore clues on this neighbor.
