Hi everyone! Today I present to you a delicious pasta that I love very much! Tagliatelle alla gurnard and tomato is a simple and very tasty first course. You can prepare it for lunch or dinner and your family will be happy! For this recipe I used tagliatelle but you can use the type of pasta you prefer. This simple fish pasta leaves no one indifferent! Anyone can do it because it's really easy to make! Try this delicious chicken and tomato pasta and you will be satisfied!
Ingrediants:
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 600 gr of tub gurnard fish
- 400 gr of pasta (tagliatelle)
- 350 gr of tomato pulp
- 10 datterini tomatoes
- Salt, pepper, chilli
- Olive oil
- Parsley
