我們上個月帶著我們的七個女兒來到雲林口湖，學習這個製作美烏魚子將近70年的家族，觀看每一個製作過程，體驗冷風中他們的辛勞。如果你在台灣生活得夠久，一定會有人邀請你品嚐一口這種魚香四溢、外酥內Q、鹹中帶甜的宴會前菜。

我們非常喜歡台灣家庭工藝產業MIT的產品，每一位家庭成員共同努力製作特色食品、藝術品、家具和工具。家庭經濟依賴於團隊合作、溝通、辛勤工作，來製作受大眾喜愛及實用的產品。
我們的家庭真的很喜歡，台灣宴客和年菜必備的（烏魚子料理），所以特地來到雲林拜訪林家，了解他們如何製作台灣最受歡迎美食之一的幕後情況。希望您喜歡今天的影片！

We recently took our 7 daughters south to the windy coast of Yunlin to see how one family has been crafting delicious mullet roe for nearly 70 years. If you live in Taiwan long enough, you are bound to have someone offer you a bite of this fishy, crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside, salty, and fermented snack.

We really love cottage industries where family members work together, crafting specialty foods, artwork, furniture, and tools. The family economy depends on teamwork, communication, hard work, and obviously creating a product that the public desires. Well, our family really likes Taiwanese mullet roe, and so it was a real treat to visit the Lin family and get a behind the scenes look into how they produce one of Taiwan’s most popular delicacies. It’s a delicious family legacy and one that others can enjoy. We hope you enjoy today’s video!
