Cataract, zonular & Iridodialysis due to trauma; Phacosection, IOL implantation & iris repair

The injury is one time, and is unlikely to be progressive. In this techique, cataract is removed most gently, without extending the zonular dehiscence any further. A Aurolab 10-0 prolene is used to refix the root of iris to sclera.
