The final PPV of 2019 and the final PPV of the 2010 decade was ... sloppy! Very sloppy in many ways. Kinda feels like WWE has lost the true meaning of the TLC Match stipulation based on the quality of the matches! You'll see what I mean in this video. There are a LOT of sins!
