Potato Fingers | Crispy Potato | Aloo Fingers Recipe | Potato Starter | Kids Special Potato Fry

Ingredients:
Grated Potato: 1 Cup
Rice Flour: 1 Cup
Maida: 1 Cup
Salt: 1/2 Tsp
Pepper Powder: 1/4 Tsp
Chilli Flakes: 1/4 Tsp
Oil: To Fry

Method:
1. Today lets check out how to make cripsy potato fingers. This is a very easy and healthy snack. A very quick and instant recipe that all kids will love, so lets  quickly check out the ingredients and get started.
2. To a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of grated potato. Boil the potato for 3 whistles and then grate it finely. Then add 1 cup of rice flour, 1 cup of  maida. You can  substitute maida with wheat flour. Then add 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of pepper powder and 1/4 tsp of chilli flakes.
3. Mix all the ingredients well with a spoon. Make sure all the ingredients are well spread. Now start to add little water at a time and mix it well. We are  looking for a chapathi dough consistency, so add water accordingly.
4. Now we have the perfect consistency. Grease you hands with ghee or oil and pull out a small portion and make a smooth ball out of it. Then roll it into a  thin fingers like this. Like wise make all the potato fingers and keep it ready.
5. Now heat sufficient amount of oil in an iron pot. When the oil is nice and hot, add the potato fingers one by one. Fry in medium flame until they golden  brown.
6. Flip sides in between to make sure all the sides are well cooked and evenly colored. Continue to fry for 2 to 3 minutes in medium flame.
7. Its been 2 mins and the potatoes fingers are nicely done and ready, so lets now remove them.
