PS4 - How to Set Up a Child Account

The is a fairly detailed video on how to set up a child account on the PS4 (And the Playstation Network). Sony's Playstation website has instructions for doing so but they are, at best, lacking in detail. They also appear to be a little out of date. Hopefully, this video can help out anyone who is having trouble with all the different settings required.
