Ingredients for Mutton Tikka Biryani Recipe:

- Mutton/Lamb - 1/2 Kg (large tender pieces with bones)
- Basmati Rice - 500 gms

For marinating the Mutton

- Salt - 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 5 tsp
- Turmeric powder -1.5 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 5 tsp
- Shahjeera (caraway seeds) - 2 tsp
- Onions, fried crisp (birista) & roughly crushed - 4 medium onions (6 tbsp)
- Whisked curd/yogurt- 200 ml
- Coriander leaves, rough chopped - 5 tbsp
- Mint leaves (Pudina) , rough chopped - 5 tbsp
- Green chillies, sliced- 3
- Lemon juice- 2 tsp
- Oil, preferably Groundnut oil (in which onion was fried),cooled - 5 tbsp

After 3hrs marination, cook it in a Conventional oven for 30 mins or grill it.

Ingredients:

3 medium size onion
3 tbsp coriander leaves
2 tbsp mint leaves
5 green chillies
2 tsp cardamom powder
3 tsp shahzeera
1 & 1/2 tsp garam masala powder /briyani masala
200-250 ml curd
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
100 ml+100 ml Oil
1 star anise
1/2 inch mace
6 cloves
2 green cardamom
3 inches cinnamon sticks
