Pottery 101 - Wheel Throwing for Beginners

I tried to make the most informative and concise video to help you learn to throw. I spent a lot of time on centering, cause it’s the most important thing when learning. I labeled each section with title cards to make it easier to rewind and watch again. I’ve got two camera angles going on and still photos to help you see and understand what’s going on. I do believe that watching videos in between classes can help you organize your thoughts and allow you focus while throwing and proceed with confidence.

I know that a 14 minute video can not replace an in person class, but I do believe it can set you up for a better experience the next time you are sitting at a wheel. This is also a great way to refresh your memory , beef up your skills or just see how some else does it.
