Hey angels! Hope you guys are doing well! I might be a bit late to make this style, but I've worked on it for a long time ever since I posted the poll in my community tab and I just knew I had to post it because I ended up loving how it looks. (And yes, it finally has a backyard!) It's probably the longest I've ever worked on a build and the most money I've spent. If you are planning to recreate it, I'm really sorry if it is confusing, and for when I made mistakes, bear with me! :( (To make the price cheaper, opt out of custom decals/plants, expensive furniture, or remove the backyard)

💞House Details:
PRICE: $470,870 (407k)
(This price will vary depending on how much you delete, add, or change)

-1 spacious kitchen
-1 dining room
-1 downstairs living room
-1 upstairs sitting/living room
-1 upstairs balcony
-1 laundry room
- 1 backyard w/ bbq & eating area and L shaped pool
-1 office area (door leads to backyard)
-1 garage with 2 entrances (can fit 2 cars more or less)
-6 bedrooms (includes 2 master bedrooms, 2 rooms with single beds, 1 toddler bedroom, and 1 nursery)
-5 bathrooms (a few attached to bedrooms)
-the house has a total of 2 floors.
(suitable for up to 6-8 people)
