The Division 2 -When did good advice become "Fear Mongering"

In todays world, it seems some people think telling players to use a bug because its the Devs problem is great advice, while telling them to not risk it is "Fear Mongering"  I will never make videos about bugs, much less encourage players to use them. I used one, and despite the exact same arguments i gave myself as to why i wouldnt be banned, i was banned and rolled back. Its not about what an individual thinks, its about what the Devs decide, and THEIR motivation.  Maybe im living in the wrong time?  I dont want ANYBODY banned, so i can only give advice on how to avoid that ever happening. Some want to roll the dice for views, but im just giving views myself and those who want to avoid trouble for players would hopefully give.
If you are celebrating Not being rolled back today, you are setting yourself up for a problem tomorrow IMO. But what do you think?
