Strengths:
1. Incredible production at UCONN, as he started 49 consecutive games at Right Guard for the Huskies
2. Impressive speed and agility for his size as he tested above the 90% in the 40 yard dash and vertical jump for Offensive Line at the NFL Combine
3. Very sound pass blocker who rarely holds and only gave up 8 hurries, 1 QB hit, and 1 sack in the last 2 seasons
4. Might be an even better run blocker as he is a strong finisher who is at his best in wide zone blocking
5. High football IQ and leadership as he was a captain for UCONN
6. Underdog story from a 2 star recruit to the NFL and will undoubtedly give it 110% in every play

Weaknesses:
1. Played against weaker competition at UCONN, but performed very well at the Senior Bowl and NFL Combine
2. Should look to add more strength and power at the next level
3. Needs to work on his timing in blocks as he could miss blocks with his over aggressive play
