Get ready for this crazy fun advanced step aerobics workout!!
We are finishing off this week with the advanced version of the Monday (Step #252) & Wednesday (Step #253) classes! This class will be fun, brain teasing choreography at 135-140 bpm.

This workout is an advanced step aerobics routine with new and interesting choreography to not only work your body but get that brain involved too!! Step aerobics is great to work on the mind body connection, balance, and coordination!
