Mint leaves -handfull
Coriander leaves -2 handfull
Green chilli-2
Garlic-3
Cumin seeds-2pinch
Salt-
Curd-6tbsp
Sugar-one pinch
Lemon juice-1tsp
Method
In a small blender add mint d coriander leaves ..
Crush well..
Then add garlic, cumin,green chilli, salt and 1 tbsp of curd and grind well..
In a bowl add 5tbsp of curd and beat well..
To that add ground and mix well..
Add pinch of sugar and mix..
Check the check and adjust ..
So the yummy mint chutney is ready to serve ...
