In this video I will show you how to make a low-calorie, low-carb King Cheesecake.
You can double the portion and have a full multi-layered low-calorie low-carb cottage cheese cake.
Also this cheesecake recipe can easily be remade for Keto, it will be even tastier😋 (I'll write the composition and calories for keto below)


Ingredients
(Size 18x18 | Weight - 800g).

Crumb:
- Coconut flour 150g.
- Milk 100 ml.
- Egg 1 egg.
- Vanilla 1.5g.
- Leavening agent 6g.
- A pinch of salt
- Sweetener 6g (10 times sweeter than sugar)

Cheese layer:
- Soft 5% Cheese Cheese 400 gr.
- Eggs 2 pcs.
- Vanilla 1.5g.
- Sweetener 8 g (10 times sweeter than sugar)

Protein-8 Fat-29 Carbohydrates-4

The ingredients are the same, only
Instead of milk, it's butter and instead of cottage cheese, it's 30% cream. Baking can be done without a baking pan.

Bake at 150 °C (302 °F) for approx. 45 minutes. Then turn off the oven and leave for one hour.
