How I Overcame Chronic Lyme and Epstein Barr

I struggled for a while trying to decide if I should upload this version because it is very vulnerable for me to share. But I think there are probably so many people silently struggling with Lyme Disease and Epstein Barr who have been to way too many doctors like I have. Ignore my weird hair in the intro, we all have those days :)

It took me years to get a diagnose of Lyme and Epstein Barr and even more years to figure out how to recover. Now I'm on a mission to stay healthy, and to help teach other people as well.
