RV Black Tank Valve Will Not Close - I fixed it!

I dumped my black tank and the next thing I knew I couldn't get it to close.  If this happens to you there is a good chance you might have tissue blocking the valve.  This is the simplest fix.  All you do is flush your tank really well.  Hopefully, you have the Rhino Blaster Pro which I have listed below.  If this doesn't fix your issue then you might have something blocking the valve which is what happened to me.
