A simple recipe perfect for the fall/winter months. Oven-roasted Brussels sprouts with turmeric, olive oil, sea salt & black pepper!

Ingredients:
- 20oz Brussels sprouts
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- sea salt & black pepper to taste

Procedure:
- Preheat oven to 380 F.
- Wash Brussels sprouts and cut off the stalks.
- Spread onto a parchment paper covered baking sheet.
- Add turmeric, sea salt, black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Bake for approximately 40 min.
