Skyrim Dawnguard: Turning Spouse into a Vampire (The Gift Quest Gameplay)

Didn't realise until three quarters of the way into Dawnguard that you had the option to turn your own spouse into a vampire. There didn't seem (at least I couldn't find) much game play on this particular side quest on youtube, so here it is.
