Just a 'tip' that would help us to approach french-seams & flat-felled seams with piping in the middle...besides, this procedure would make the sewing easier. The demonstration is in leather material.
Absolutely, a twin needle sewing machine with the special presser feet would do a better job...this tip is just in case we want to do it with a single needle sewing machine,
