Using (2) LabelMill, LM3562 Servo Driven Synchronous Feed Print & Apply Loose-Loop Label Applicators, arranged in a Zero Downtime configuration, to label conveyed clamshell containers. The Zero Downtime logic allows for continuous product labeling without having to stop for supply changes or system faults. A programmable product counters prevents missed products between the automatic system switching process.
