The Patek Philippe Grand Complications Perpetual Calendar "Tiffany & Co." features a 37.2mm platinum case surrounding a black diamond "Tiffany & Co." dial on a brand new black alligator strap with a platinum Calatrava Cross deployant buckle. Functions include hour, minutes, small-seconds, perpetual calendar, moon phase, leap year indicator, month, date, day, GMT and day/night indicator. The watch also measures 8.9mm in thickness and 45.8mm from lug-to-lug.
