Update: If you are wondering why the pre-lightening didn't come up a clean even blonde it is because the hair had previously been dyed with permanent black hair dye. Repeatedly. If your a hairdresser you will understand how difficult that is to remove. Although I could have taken her to a less yellow blonde, it was not necessary for the colours we wanted to do.
