Delhi Metro various stations and lines over a few days. The best thing that happened to Delhi as far as public transport is concerned. The foundation for the first line of Delhi Metro was laid back in 1998 and in 24 years it has expanded to 10 lines covering Delhi and its  satellite cities.

255 stations and nearly 350Kms of line of broad and standard gauge tracks. 2700 daily trips and 1.8 billion riders a year makes it one of the busiest metro systems in India if not the world.
