The Chester, Mold & Denbigh Railway. Part 1. Chester General to Saltney Ferry.

Beginning at Chester station, we make an in depth exploration across the border into Wales to see what remains of this disused rail route to Mold & Denbigh, closed some 61 years ago to Passengers. In this first part we examine the former western bays at Chester before heading west, culminating with a look around Saltney Ferry station and the remains of Mold Junction engine shed.
