The LMB NMR Facility contributes to projects across the full range of research activities at the LMB and is part of an integrated structural biology approach, bridging the gap between biophysical measurements and structural determination. It is a biology driven facility that makes NMR accessible to the non-specialist user.

Facility staff draw on their diverse scientific experience so that all relevant advanced NMR methods can be implemented and adapted to the specific needs of the LMB scientists.

In this video Trevor explains the fundamentals of biological NMR, the range of solution NMR derived parameters and how these can be used in protein quality control, structure, dynamics, interactions and quantification experiments.
