If you'd like to change it up a bit from the usual plain knitting on your 48 needle circular knitting machine , give this pattern a go.

I've not tried this 7 stitch combo on a 22 or a 46, so I'm uncertain how the pattern would translate onto these machines. I have an Addi 46 now so will try it, find out and share the results.
