This is how I remove
This is how I remove dandruff fast by applying lemon juice on my hair as a natural dandruff treatment. Also after I apply my hair looks more healthy and shiny than ever.
Ingredients:
-Fresh lemons/limes
Add extra ingredient to this treatment:
-3 drops of Tree tea oil.
Optional ingredient:
-Orange Juice
🤓 Steps:
1. Wet your hair with some water
2. Squeeze the lemon juice right on your scalp
3. Please be very careful with your eyes
4. Massage your scalp with the tip of your fingers for 5 minutes
6.Wait another 5 minutes before washing your hair
7. Rinse lemon juice with cold water at the end
What are common causes of dandruff?
1. Oily skin and hair
2. Not washing your hair constantly
3. Hair products reactions
4. Not combing your hair
5. Hot air or hot showers tent to dry your scalp
My final recommendations:
===Use this homemade treatment once a week until you see improvement.
==Wash your hair at least three times per week to keep your scalp clean from oils.
==For oily hair avoid conditioner and hot air direct on your scalp.
===Brush your hair daily to promote more circulation.

Before this natural treatment, I used to buy for dandruff shampoo, Head and Shoulders, not my favorite to be honest, it dried a lot your hair making it frizzy and breakable, but it does the job.
