The Royal St. John's Regatta
The Royal St. John's Regatta down at Quidi Vidi Lake is my favorite day of the summer, not only in Newfoundland, but all across Canada. It is known as the oldest organized and continuously running sporting event in North America, and also the largest garden party in the world.
