In this video, I have explained, how to import a .dat file into XPSPEAK41 software. The deconvolution of multiple peaks has been shown. Then I exported the data into .dat file to plot into Origin. I have explained why we need XPSPEAK41, however, we have origin to deconvolute the peaks. I have used the XAS data for O K-edge XANES spectra for deconvolution.
